Director of Marketing and Patient Experience
Prior to joining Great Lakes Dental Partners, Molly McFarland spent eight years in television marketing with cable network Sportsman Channel. Throughout her tenure there, she held a series of ascending roles. Most recently, Molly served as Director, responsible for affiliate sales and marketing, where she led efforts in programming distribution and network promotions. As a leader in the field, and in partnership with numerous Fortune 500 companies, she has received national recognition and awards for her campaigns.
Molly is well-equipped to spearhead Great Lakes Dental Partners’ marketing initiatives, devising strategies and executing programs to help drive business. As Great Lakes Dental Partners continues to expand, she oversees the planning and management of ongoing patient acquisition and loyalty initiatives, in addition to building the corporate brand, attracting new partners and team members. Molly is a graduate of Marquette University, and currently lives in metro Chicago.
