Peter Roehmholdt

Chief Executive Officer

Peter Roehmholdt brings years of dental and healthcare experience to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Great Lakes Dental Partners (GLDP). Prior to this position, Peter served as the Chief Financial Officer of GLDP, preceded by three years at Shore Capital Partners as a Senior Director, working with healthcare management teams to improve their operational and financial performance and prepare for growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Peter was a Manager at KPMG in Chicago within both the Deal Advisory and Strategy practices. While at KPMG, Peter specialized in buy-side and sell-side transactions, post-transaction integration and separation, Transition Service Agreement (TSA) Management, and preparation of SEC carve-out and pro forma financial statements. Before joining the Deal Advisory and Strategy practices, Peter spent three years in the KPMG Forensics-Audit Rotation Program.

Outside of the office, Peter is a founding member of the Bernie’s Book Bank Associates Board, the leading provider of quality books to underserved children in the Chicagoland area. Peter is also an avid sailor and a member of the Chicago Yacht Club.

Peter received a B.B.A in Accountancy and a B.A. in German from the University of Notre Dame. Peter is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
