Chief Dental Officer
With over two decades of clinical and administrative experience in Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), Charles Zasso, DDS, FAGD, MBA, leads the clinical support and development for the dentists of Great Lakes Dental Partners’ network of affiliated locations. Previously, he served as Chief Dental Officer for Affordable Care Inc., DentalOne Partners, and DentalCare Partners, where he implemented new clinical and multidisciplinary initiatives to promote growth and improve patient satisfaction.
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff is the Chief Executive Officer of Great Lakes Dental Partners (GLDP). He brings a wealth of experience in building and scaling successful, high-growth multi-site service organizations. He has expertise in building service-oriented support capabilities to empower high performing practice-level activities and associates while delivering an excellent patient experience.
Director of Clinical Development
Dr. Daniel Dohnalek joins Great Lakes Dental Partners after three decades of practicing dentistry, and he continues to work clinically at the Manus Dental Lake Zurich office. Dr. Dohnalek graduated from Indiana University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He earned a Doctorate Degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1983. Following dental school, Dr. Dohnalek attended the Oral Cancer Program at Michael Reese Hospital.
Vice President, Operations
Leanne Wypych joins GLDP’s leadership team with nearly 20 years of multi-site dental operations experience, including growing the general and specialty dentistry practices at Manus Dental. She has top to bottom field experience; from the front desk all the way to executive level management. Her experience combined with her education has allowed her to build great teams and accomplish goals in all aspects of operations.
Vice President, Operations
Tiffany joins GLDP’s leadership team with over a decade of strategy and operational experience. Tiffany started her career at Bain & Company, one of the country’s leading strategy consulting firms. At Bain, Tiffany worked with Fortune 500 companies in numerous industries and functional areas. After Bain, Tiffany has held leadership roles in internal strategy, transformation, and operations groups.
Vice President, Marketing
As the VP of Marketing, Millie leads GLDP’s marketing function which includes paid search, SEO, content, social media, email, call center, and patient experience. She brings a unique marketing profile having worked in traditional brand management and digital marketing roles which enable her to be able to put together fully integrated marketing plans for our practices while ensuring we have the right technology underpinning our efforts.
Vice President, Corporate Development
Fletcher joined GLDP in 2016 with extensive experience in the finance industry as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining GLDP, he helped build ATI Physical Therapy from 50 clinics in 6 states to 650 clinics in over 20 states. He played an instrumental role in expanding ATI’s national footprint through the successful integration of over 50 ATI partners.
Vice President, Strategy & Integration
Jordan is the Vice President of Strategy & Integration. He is responsible for GLDPs growth plan, post-acquisition integration, technology, and procurement. His favorite aspect of his position at GLDP is that he gets to plan for growth, execute plans to achieve it, and then watch the results in real time.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Sarah Purlee is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development in 2007, and then her Master of Arts in Human Resource Development in 2009. Through her leadership role, Sarah strives to embody “servant leadership” where the more she supports those in the organization, the more the team succeeds. She believes that people are the center of a successful organization.
Chief Financial Officer
Taylor is a graduate of New York University where he obtained his Bachelors Degree in Finance. He started out his career in Healthcare Investment Banking, where he worked on multiple M&A transactions. Most recently, he spent seven years as the VP of Finance and Strategy at InterDent Service Corporation (DSO with over 150 locations primarily on the West Coast).
