Consistent with our mission, vision, and values; Great Lakes Dental Partners’s (GLDP) pursuit of excellence is anchored in achieving optimal dental care and outcomes, while maintaining clinical autonomy. To effectively evaluate and support key clinical initiatives and promote clinical excellence throughout our practice network, we established a Clinical Quality Committee.
Primary Purposes of the Clinical Quality Committee
- Assist the management team in its oversight relating to the review of clinical processes, outcomes, policies, and procedures, to ensure the delivery of continued quality dental care to patients
- Support GLDP’s work in measuring, disseminating, and improving clinical practices to sustain leadership in and continuously maintain best practices
- Build a culture of informed clinical quality that permeates throughout the organization

Committee Members
GLDP’s Clinical Quality Committee consists of eight practicing clinicians from within our network. These practitioners bring more than 95+ years of combined experience in general and specialty dentistry. As the GLDP network continues to grow, additional committee members may be added to accommodate the needs of the organization, as well as provide appropriate specialty representation. We welcome all our clinical partners’ help in realizing our quality aims and better caring for our patients.
