Jacob Sorger, our VP of Finance, is an indispensable asset to our company. With his keen financial acumen and strategic foresight, Jacob plays a pivotal role in steering our financial operations towards success. Jacob’s expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis ensures that GLDP remains financially robust and agile in a dynamic market landscape. His dedication to excellence and commitment to driving financial efficiency make him an invaluable leader within our organization.

Jacob also serves as a Director at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Jacob’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Jacob received both his M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University. Jacob is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.‍
