Senior Vice President, Operations
Leanne Wypych joins GLDP’s leadership team with nearly 20 years of multi-site dental operations experience, including growing the general and specialty dentistry practices at Manus Dental. She has top to bottom field experience; from the front desk all the way to executive level management. Her experience combined with her education has allowed her to build great teams and accomplish goals in all aspects of operations. Through her leadership role, Leanne believes the office level team members are her customers, and that with respect, dignity, and gratitude, they will in turn provide that same level of service to the patients. Those who work with Leanne would describe her as fair, confident, and assertive. Leanne graduated from Concordia University with a B.A. in Organizational Management. She prides herself on building professional relationships and coaching her team members to promote development. With over 100 hours of practice management continuing education, Leanne continually invests in herself in order to be the best leader that she can be. Leanne was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She lives in Chicago with her children Xavier and Zoe, and their dog, Rally. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with her seven best friends, writing, and playing softball.
